Wooster NiteGlow Flex-Tred Glow-in-the-Dark Anti-Slip Tape and Cleats provide a photoluminescent non-skid surface which is visible to the night-adjusted eye for hours after being recharged by any light source (natural or artificial). In its uncharged state the tape has a white/cream color and when glowing the tape has a luminescent lime green color. To the night-adjusted eye it is visible, but it would not compare it brightness to say a standard flashlight.
